In my Foundation Diploma, I have designed a series of a Cantonese exercise books for foreigners to understand the slang in Cantonese.

The series comes with three chapters: The Ordinary, The Positivity, and The Swear words. However, The Swear words chapter was too expletive, so it was canceled.
​
The illustrations and background are referencing the famous scenarios in the Hong Kong DSE Exam. The exam was always reverse around a school named 'Hong Shing College. The characters are names provided in the writing exams.

 

I specify this because I had spent most of my time writing exam papers when I was in college. Therefore I want to turn these painful memories into a fun story. Also, I want people to remember this Cantonese slang in the future. That's why I put these two together and made this series.
